Here’s the overview of what I did for the month of August .

I recorded the amount of sessions as well as days this time as I had a number of days where I did the same type of exercise more than once.  I also gave credit for more than one type of exercise in a session in the cases where I did so e.g. on the days I walked with body weight exercises I counted that as both a walk and strength session.

  • Walk 15 sessions, 12 days
  • Dance or Aerobics 9 sessions, 7 days
  • Mobility (includes yoga & stretching) 13 sessions, 10 days
  • Strength training (includes body weight, weights & resistance) 10 sessions, 8 days
