Weight change over August. After some thought I decided to start recording body fat, water and bone density again. This decision came after mid month thus why there’s nothing for 13th August. I forgot to record my weight during the first week of August so didn’t bother listing the date. Weights are recorded in kilograms and taken first thing in the morning.

- On the Road: Walking w/ Eunice, w/ Max or on my own. I hardly jog now but I will occasionally sashe for a portion of the lap when I walk in the park.
- Mobility & Flexibility: GMB’s Daily Battery and elements animal movements, youtube MovNat routine, youtube for prenatal stretching and yoga routines. I still haven’t found any prenatal yoga routine that I like enough to commit to.
- Sweat & Burn – Aerobic and dance type workouts like the zumba classes or videos on youtube and Body Images Socaerobics class.
- Toning & Conditioning – Body Images weight training class, body weight work on my own or via youtube
