I like working out so I created this blog to track my fitness progress.

I have no real motivating factor other than I like working out and I’m trying to keep my body at a place where I’m not disgusted looking at it (I hope that doesn’t make me vain).

Some days I’m really motivated and other days I struggle.  I hope to share my ups and downs and hopefully motivate other people like me who like to workout but are not always driven to do so, to keep at it.
