Here’s the overview of what I did for the month of August .

I recorded the amount of sessions as well as days this time as I had a number of days where I did the same type of exercise more than once.  I also gave credit for more than one type of exercise in a session in the cases where I did so e.g. on the days I walked with body weight exercises I counted that as both a walk and strength session.

  • Walk 15 sessions, 12 days
  • Dance or Aerobics 9 sessions, 7 days
  • Mobility (includes yoga & stretching) 13 sessions, 10 days
  • Strength training (includes body weight, weights & resistance) 10 sessions, 8 days

Tuesday 1st – Saturday 5th

  • Tuesday: Walk w/ Eunice (Baugher’s Bay & Treasure Isle hills) 45m + 24 lunges & squats, Mobility 20m, Body Images socaerobics 39m, Prenatal yoga (adriene) 30m
  • Wednesday: Walk w/ Eunice (Baugher’s Bay & Treasure Isle hills) 47m + 24 squats, Body Images weight training 35m, Walk (Body Images to track + 4 laps) w/ body weight work + stretching 42m

Sunday 6th – Saturday 12th

  • Sunday: Walk (QE park) w/ body weight work 39m

Sunday 13th – Saturday 19th

  • Sunday: Walk (QE park) w/ body weight work 41m + Sun Salutations (modified)
  • Tuesday: Walk w/ Eunice (no hills) 39m + 24 squats, Prenatal workout (Kiera LaShea cardio dance walk) 27m, Prenatal workout (Bollywood bellies cardio) 14m, Walk w/ aerobics (QE park) 56m
  • Wednesday: Body Images weight training 45m (guess on time)
  • Friday: Hip Stretches 10m
  • Saturday: Hip stretches 10m, Poise dance 44m

Sunday 20th – Saturday 26th

  • Sunday: Stretching & light mobility 17m
  • Monday: Walk w/ body weight exercises (QE park) 46m, Stretching & Light mobility 10m (guess on time)
  • Tuesday: Stretching & light mobility 24m
  • Wednesday:  Walk w/ Eunice (Baugher’s Bay & Treasure Isle hills) 45m + 24 lunges & squats, Body Images weight training 41m, Poise dance 40m
  • Thursday: Walk w/ Eunice (Baugher’s Bay & Treasure Isle hills) 47m + 24 lunges & squats, Body Images socaerobics 43m
  • Friday: Walk w/ abs & strength training (QE park) 49m

Sunday 27th – Thursday 31st

  • Monday: Prenatal yoga (yoginimelbourne energizing flow) 25m, Stretching & mobility 14m, Youtube zumba (Z4 group) 10m, Donesha Zumba 53m, Walk – FedEx to QE park to Riteway 36m, Stretching 8m
  • Tuesday: Walk w/ arm work (QE park) 35m, Prenatal Yoga (Yoginimelbourne gentle flow) 12m
  • Wednesday: Walk w/ Eunice (Baugher’s Bay & Treasure Isle hills) 46m + 24 lunges & squats, Body Images weight training 43m,
