  • Strength (includes body weight, weight, resistance) 3 days

Thursday 1st – Saturday 3rd

  • Friday: Walk w/ Eunice (Bauger’s Bay hill) 45m

Sunday 4th – Saturday 10th

Sunday 11th – Saturday 17th

  • Sunday: Walk 15m
  • Monday: Dance (probably youtube zumba) 25m
  • Tuesday: Aerobics 26m, Mobility 13m
  • Wednesday: Walk 50m, Dance 6m
  • Thurday: Walk 49m
  • Friday: Walk 50m
  • Saturday: Walk w/ Jog Intervals (5k Breast Cancer Awareness) 46m
  • I think all the weekday walks were done with Eunice so may have included squats and lunges

Sunday 18th – Saturday 24th

  • Sunday: Mobility 12m, Beach/swimming (spent 1h20m but not sure how much of that was swimming time)
  • Monday: Dance (youtube zumba probably) 31m
  • Tuesday: Walk w/ Eunice (Baugher’s Bay & Treasure Isle hills) 51m
  • Wednesday: Body Images weight training 48m
  • Thursday: Walk w/ Eunice (Baugher’s Bay & Treasure Isle hills) 44m + 22 squats & lunges
  • Friday: Walk 51m, Bodyweight & Mobility 15m
  • Saturday: Walk (town to Sea Cows Bay i think) 1h20m, Heritiage Dance 10m

Sunday 25th May – Friday 30th June

  • Monday: Indoor walk (Kiera LaShae 3 mile) 36m
  • Tuesday: Indoor walk (Kiera LaShae 1 mile) 14m, Dance (Kiera LaShae dancehall) 25m
  • Wednesday: Body Images weight training 50m
