Sunday 30th April – Saturday 6th May

  • Tuesday: Walk 53m
  • Friday: Walk 44m
  • Saturday: Walk 20m
  • The weekday walks were probably with Eunice which may or may not have included squats & lunges and the weekend walk was probably with Max

Sunday 7th – Saturday 13th

  • Tuesday: Walk 20m, Resistance 5m
  • Wednesday: Walk 53m, Yoga & Resistance 13m
  • Saturday: Walk 25m
  • Notes on weekday vs weekend walk are as last week

Sunday 14th – Saturday 20th

  • Sunday: Mobility 20m
  • Monday: Walk 50m
  • Tuesday: Walk 50m
  • Friday: Walk 51m

Sunday 21st – Saturday 27th

  • Monday: Mobility 16m
  • Tuesday: Walk 48m, Mobility 10m
  • Wednesday: Walk 48m
  • Thursday: Walk 48m, Mobility 9m
  • Saturday: Mobility 9m
