  • Daily battery (squats & lunges) + face up get up
  • Training practice w/ Max
  • Elements – W1D6 (3 minutes frogger w/ lots of rest after 1m30s)

Saturday

  • Rob G – Stage 1 Episode 1 + 30 sec plank
  • Daily battery (squats & lunges) + face up get up
  • Walk dogs w/ Max – home to Great Mountain bridge & back
