  • Park workout w/ Max (jogging, training practice, 10’s)

Saturday

  • Walk w/ Eunice (Treasure Isle + 16 squats & lunges)
  • Walk dogs w/ Max (MB hill)
  • Sean Vigue 30 Day Total Beginner Workout Day 20 – power yoga (modified)

Sunday

Goals

I didn’t make my fruit goals on the weekend.  Saturday I had half an orange (nope…half a fruit doesn’t count) and Sunday I had no fruit at all.
