  • Walk w/ Eunice w/ hill (Baugher’s Bay & Treasure Isle) + 14 squats & lunges
  • Very short kettlebell workout
  • Very short interval jog on the road (about 8 minutes)
  • Body Images Aerobics w/ floor work (arms and back)

Saturday

  • 😦

Sunday

  • Jog on the beach (Long Bay) – This was pretty dismal…I couldn’t make it the length of the beach this week and I’m not talking just one stop – I made several stops and walked some of the distance as well.
