Wednesday

  • Training practice + alternate jogging up the hill (our driveway to MB’s driveway) w/ the dogs
  • 10 minutes of Daily Workout Challenge app
  • AM hamstring stretch w/ Max

Thursday

  • Walk w/ Eunice (Baugher’s Bay hill only)
  • AM hamstring stretch w/ Max

Friday

  • Walk w/ Eunice – Baugher’s Bay hill + 14 Squats & Lunges
  • Sean Vigue 30 day beginner training – Day 10 (yoga)
