  • Get up – cross legged (after 11 pm)

  • Walk – home from work
  • AM & PM Hamstring stretch with Max
  • Daily Battery – Squats & Lunge (early evening)
  • Training

 

Wednesday 1st

  • No walking 😦
  • Workout in the Park w/ Max (jog, walk, training practice)
  • AM & PM Hamstring stretch w/ Max
  • Sean Vigue 30 day total beginner workout – Day 9 – lower back stretches

 

Thursday

  • Walk – home from work
  • AM & PM hamstring stretch w/ Max

 

Friday

  • AM & PM hamstring stretch w/ Max

 

Saturday 😦

 

Sunday

  • Jog and soak at the beach
