  • Walk w/ Eunice- Reversing hill + 14 reps of all exercises – reverse lunges this week

  • Wall walk up handstands (2 w/ 1m30s rest – did not work)

  • Hill jogs – 4 MB stretch (bottom of guard rail to lamp post)
  • Skipping (1 minutes between pairs of hill jogs)
  • Strength Rules Starter workout #3 + bodyline drills minus side planks

  • Other: sweet plantain chips, orange, cali mixed veggies, spinks pineapple on inside cake, spink chocolate chip cookie
