  •  – Preceded by wrist warm up/stretch

  • 10:04 am – 1/2 omelette & Cali mixed veggies

  • 8:20 pm – Smoothie (cucumber, lime, orange, apple, ginger)
  • Other eats: Lentil & pumpkin stew, finished breakfast, finished fried plantains
