So far things are going o.k. this month where working out is concerned. I’ve been keeping up with my main programs and for most have not missed more than 2 days in a week.
My eating continues to be a work in progress. What I’m struggling the most with is my weekly consumption of flour. I set a target of 4 flour free days but I haven’t done too well with this so far. I will keep at it however.
From my likes list, I’m getting in 4 a day usually but rarely is my saxophone practice included in the 4 so that needs to be improved.
The first weighing day for the month is coming up and to be honest I’m not looking forward to it but what must be done, must be done. Hopefully I haven’t put on much more since the end of February but it is a possibility I’m well aware of.
