November 9 – 15 Reflection and Weekly Activities

Reflection

This week started off well.  Monday and Tuesday were pretty good days for fitness but from Wednesday on, things fell apart.  Aside from having a real hard time waking up in the morning, I had no drive and so neglected to do a lot of the workouts I had scheduled for each day.  Sometimes I was genuinely tired but in most cases I could have pushed through and do the exercises but I just had ZERO.

I decided to take on the Alpha Challenge this month with a focus on Fat Loss and The Daily Battery.  Since I’m doing a challenge, I’ll post details on these in a separate post.  In general however, the Daily Battery is the only exercise-type thing I’ve done consistently this week and in the case of the Fat Loss, I’m trying an intermittent fasting approach and have stuck to my fasting periods everyday this week so far.  I’m a little worried about the weekend but I will try to have some faith in myself.
