Reflection

Well, once again it has been 2 weeks since I’ve come to update so I remember little of what went on this week to reflect on it.  I think Monday was a holiday and I spent the entire day indoors doing a lot of recreational reading which was great (although not great for fitness).  I decided this week to try to find a new arm workout routine as I didn’t feel like I was building strength with the one I was doing previously, even though it never got any easier so I tried some different routines that I found on youtube.  I can’t say that I particularly liked any so I will have to keep looking for something that is inspiring.  I was really happy to find a cool down from a workout I use to do some years back – Batuka Latin.  I love the cool down; it has a kind of tai-chi feel to it and I really feel very relaxed after doing it.
