Well, I haven’t been on here to update in a while so I can’t remember what I would have reflected on this week.  Looking at my activities though this weekend was a very poor one for fitness.

On the Road Home along hwy and back w/ jogs: Port Purcell roundabout to town roundabout, Eunice car park to Red cross stop light and Multipurpose complex to police station

Toning Scales (front, back & combo) – 1×9  + Little Shrimp – 1×9 + ab wheel – 9 + Waterbottle arms w/ 3lb dumbbells + Blogilates 5 minute Flat abs + slow fitness ball crunch (90s)
Sweat & Burn Darte Un beso – honduras dance crew, Z4 group 😀 + Z4 Group (Tu ne tientas) + MoDiakite (Shake body, Shekini, Wine & Jiggle, Se Vuelve loca, Money, Lovingitis, Gente de Zona, Sigeme y te Sigo, Skelewu, Kukere)
