On the Road: Walked JB up to bridge of Great Mt and back – about 30m
Steps/Miles: 14,001/5.7
Focused Abs: Devil’s Plank workout – 5m
Sweat & Burn: CTZ African (NWA Baby, Bum Bum, Kukere, Shake)
SSJ – Lunges: 🙂  40 – 8f, 8r, 8k, 8s, 8j – w/ 8lb pair dumbbells
Stretch: GMB Hip Flexibility Sequence + Blogilates Stretch for splits – 45s each hold
GMB: MV W3D1 x 4 + MV W2D6
Skill Work: headstand – 14 sec, handstand – 10 wall push-ups + 3 sec hold

Day & Date: Tuesday 23rd
On the Road: Home to Body Image – jogged from bottom of hill straight there via French Deli – 12:10.34 + walk back about 30m
Steps/Miles: 16,213/6.6
Focused Abs: Ada (Ifem N’eli) – w/ some rests
Sweat & Burn: Soca Aerobics – 1h, Ada (yolo)
SSJ – Lunges: 🙂  40 – 8f, 8r, 8k, 8s, 8j – w/ 10lb pair dumbbells
Stretch: 😦

Day & Date: Wednesday 24th
On the Road: Walked Fat Boy up to bridge of Great Mt and back – about 30m
Steps/Miles: 15,335/6.3

Skill: handstand – wrist gave out and I crashed trying today so had to call it quits

Day & Date: Thursday 25th
On the Road: Home to Body Image – jogged from side hill near bottom.  Walked back home via side hill.  No timing today

On the Road: Walked to and from Body Image – no timing

Sweat & Burn: Soca Aerobics – 1h + CTZ dancehall/soca (Nobody Have to Know, Ride It, MOR) + Pole Dancing w/ Ariana
SSJ – Lunges: 🙂  46 – 10f, 8r, 8k, 10s, 10j – w/ 10lb pair dumbbells

Focused Abs: Hollow body hold x 2 – 10 sec in 4 progressions w/ legs about 45 degrees at lowest point.
Sweat & Burn: Ada (Yolo)
SSJ – Lunges: REST
Stretch: 😦
GMB: MV W3 Integrations
Skill: chin ups – reg. grip – 1 x 1 + 1 x 3 (really tough today)
